What services do you provide?
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, which includes vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Additional services can be requested at any time, subject to availability and additional fees.

How can I pay for your services?
Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. If payment is made by check, services will not be rendered until the check clears.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my cleaning appointment?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

What if you need to cancel or reschedule my cleaning appointment?
In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule services, we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

What if there is damage to my property during the cleaning service?
We carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance. We are not responsible for any damage to your property that is pre-existing or caused by faulty workmanship or materials. We will not be liable for any damage caused by a third party or for any loss or damage that is not directly caused by us.

What if I have a confidentiality concern?
We will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

What if I want to terminate the agreement?
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

What if I have concerns about the governing law or amendments to the terms and conditions?
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the services are provided. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
